The registration in the system is very simple. You should give user name, password and valid email address. Than you receive an email to confirm your email-address. Immediately after registration you can refill your account and start talking to experts.

Naturally that user wants to know more about the consultant, so our requirements for consultants are much stricter than for ordinary users.

First you should register as a user and activate your account (ie, click on the link in the email from the system).

Then log in on website as a user and go to the "Personal -> My Profile -> Consultant data". You should fill out the form the most carefully and thoroughly to tell us about yourself, your education and work experience. You should also add 2 pictures - small and big one.

Than information will be verified by our staff. If necessary or when in doubt, we may request information about the candidate in their former places of work or study. We believe that these measures will help provide users with truly accurate information and, hence, better quality of services.

When verification is completed, our staff will activate a new consultant and sends a notification to your email. At this point you can make video consultations on our site.

Expert consultation require payment. This means that we have to store all money transaction information personally for each user. This way any user can any moment get detailed information about his account in our system and about all the financial operations.

WebMoney To pay for consultation you will be sent to the website of WebMoney Transfer system. When payment is made you will return back to Videosovet. After that you can get consultations from the experts.

Our users can be located in different timezones, one can have morning and another will have evening time.
To be sure, what is the current time on site we display the clock with time and timezone.
For example if the clock displays 18:00+1 than it is European time (+1 hour to universal time).

If the user is not registered thah the time on the site is the same as the user has on his computer.
If the user is registered he can set in his profile any timezone to correspond his local time.

The time of consultation which you see on the site is always correspond the timezone on the site's clock.
This way user should not think about time calculation, it is done automatically.

There are two options to get a consultation with a specialist: by appointment or directly.

In the case of appointment the expert himself establishes the consultation time. To subscribe for the consultation open expert list and click the link "reservation". If your account has sufficient funds, you will immediately be subscribed for the consultation. In time of consultation you sould log in and open "Personal -> My contacts". Select and open consultation from the list, this way conversation starts.

The second option is direct call. In the list of experts you can see the link "online" by the experts who are currently receiving callers. The subscription process is the same, but after subscribing you do directly to conversation.

After log in with your user name and password you can enter "Personal -> My contacts". Here you will find a list of all planned and passed consultations.

You can allow camera access only for our website.
This way security control will display "accept/deny" request on all other websites.

Click with mouse to select this website.
On the top of the window select "Always allow"
After that camera will be enabled without an additional request.

If you use different browsers, you do not need to configure this option in all of them.
It if enough to configure this option only once and it will work in all browsers.

Most probably the problem is in firewall.
Firewall blocks attempts of videophone to open external connection and the green light not appear.

To make it working you should permit external connections for videophone in your firewall.
The simplest way to do it is to set your firewall in "training mode" and after that to try go online.
When videophone tries to establish a connection to server you will see the request from firewall if the connection should be permitted. You should answer "yes". Please make sure that you check the checkbox "remember my answer" (if you will have any in firewal request popup) because else you repmission wil be only for one time.
